Mums Who Wine 2024/2025 Affiliate Program – Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before agreeing to become a Mums Who Wine Affiliate (“Affiliates”) operated by Mums Who Wine ("us", "we", or "our").
Your acceptance of becoming an Affiliate is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all new and existing Affiliates.
If you disagree with any part of the terms then you will be denied access to our Service.
Annual Membership Fee
Affiliates agree and acknowledge that by joining the Mums Who Wine (MWW) 2024/2025 Affiliate Program, they are joining an annual paid program.
Affiliates have a 7 day “cooling off period” to withdraw their application upon written request, once joined and membership fee is paid.
After the 7 day cooling off period, Affiliates agree and acknowledge that there are no refunds on their annual Affiliate Membership Fee.
Annual Renewal
Affiliates agree and acknowledge that the MWW Affiliate Program is an annual membership from the date upon signing up. The membership will automatically renew 12 months from the date of signing up as a paid MWW Affiliate.
MWW agrees to notify Affiliates via email prior to the date of renewal and to give Affiliates the opportunity to opt out/cancel their membership renewal.
Member Benefit
Affiliates will provide a VIP discount/benefit as agreed on every visit/purchase, upon our members presenting their MWW Digital Memberships or using their exclusive MWW Online Discount Code.
Affiliates who have a physical store will be sent a MWW Affiliate Pack which contains promotional and marketing material. Where possible, MWW requests that Affiliates display the MWW Affiliate Sticker and/or A5 Mums Who Wine Poster found in the Welcome Affiliate Pack so that you can be easily identified as a MWW Affiliate.
Affiliates accept the onus to train and educate all staff of the benefit that our members will receive.
The agreed member benefit can be amended or changed upon written notice.
Social Media Promotion
MWW agrees to promote and market Affiliates based on their level of partnership.
Affiliates agree and acknowledge that social media promotion (date of post/time/content) is at the direction and discretion of MWW.
Affiliates will help promote the message of Mums Who Wine and self care on social media where appropriate and relevant.
Website
All Affiliates will be listed on our website (www.mumswhowine.com.au) on our Affiliate This will provide all relevant information including contact details, location, benefit and discount code (to members only).
Excluded Businesses
The MWW Affiliate 2024/2025 is open to all businesses that support mums emotionally, physically and financially. We do however have the following exclusions:
Children related businesses (clothes, activities, programs, wellness) – we love our kids but our focus in on the mums self care;
Multi level marketing businesses; and
Clairvoyant/Medium/Psychic/Energy readings or similar.
All Affiliates that have joined our MWW 2024/2025 Affiliate Program agree and acknowledge that their business does not fall under the above categories. If they do, their membership will be cancelled and refunded.
Mums Who Wine Message
Affiliates understand that the message of Mums Who Wine is to encourage mothers to prioritise time for themselves and invest in their own mental heath and self care.
Affiliates are encouraged to help share, promote and raise awareness about this message where appropriate and relevant.
Mums Who Wine has the right to remove any Affiliates if it is believed that they are acting in any way contrary to this message.
Termination of Agreement
The agreement to be an Affiliate can be terminated by either party.
Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
